Banana Latte Smoothie To Lose Weight Fast!


This fits into any diet! I like to drink this for breakfast and then I eat very healthy for my other meals. This ones an important one in contributing to my weight loss.

  • 1 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt 
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1/2 cup cubed soft silken tofu
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • Ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (optional)
